Hi, Mala.

At first, congratulations for the new book. Your previous study guides are popular in our country
It is interesting for me the explanation of new features of Java 8, especially Lambda Expressions. At first glance, some topics which we didn’t use in practice so far are harder to understand. What is the difference between your approach to these topics from other study guides? Can you give screenshots of some paragraphs from lambda topic as example?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks, Mushfiq. I'm pleased to learn that my previous Java exam books are popular in your country. I'm honored!

For the Java 8 new features, like lambdas, I haven't assumed that a reader has worked with it earlier. So my title starts with the basics - why do you need lambdas, what issues can be resolved by using them. It them moves to topics like lambda syntax and how to create classes, variables and methods to use them, using multiple code examples.

With much respect,
Mala
