  my design contains MDBs an Queues. My question, do I need to represent Ques on diagrams and if yes where and how is better show them.

JMS queues are components hence goes in the component diagram. To be more specific, part of the app server's execution environment.

Wait I mentioned about inside execution environment stuff, that's for the deployment diagram.

Yes queue in both component and deployment diagrams.

For the component diagram, queue is just a regular component interacting with whatever MDB component you have.
