Hi Everyone, I've been wanting to get a job in java programming field. I know how to program but I still need to learn more. Any tips I can do or practice? I am also planning to get certified in Java. But for now I don't have the funds to do it, I would like to learn thru self study. Any suggestion or tips will be very helpful. Thanks!

Welcome to the Ranch

Are there any courses, degrees, etc., you could take?
Have you got any projects you have completed and can show off as achievements?
Has anybody asked you to program something for them?
Have you asked whether anybody needs anything programming?
Have you been active on a forum (like this one)?
