Based on the reviews from amazon it looks like an awesome read. I can't think of any questions for the author so I am commenting so that I can get a chance to win a copy

Not at all. You just need to think up a question for the author and post it in its own topic. Surely if you are interested enough in the subject to want a copy, you can think of some questions to ask?
