Hi to everyone. I have a task to do. There are no restrictions on chosen technologies and frameworks, as long as this is Java oriented. The main goal is to build a simple Blog website that allows doing 2 things: 1) Administration and defining new blog notes with date, title and content 2) Blog Front page that shows all defined blog notes sorted from the newest to the oldest

I've never done this and I have no idea where to start. Can you tell me an outline of this project? What technology or framework should I use to create this blog? I know Java Standart Edition, Microsoft SQL,basic of Spring(just some theoretical knowledge) basic of Javascript and HTML. I have a week to finish this project so I can learn some basic of other technology/framework , which can be useful to complete this project.

You might want to start with JSP (Java Server Pages). I'm afraid that one week is insufficient to come up to speed on a new technology and implement the project you describe.

If you want to use the Spring Framework, you can do this with Spring Web MVC, Spring's framework for web applications.

I agree with Carey that if you still have to learn all of this, then one week is most likely not enough time.

Thanks for reply.
I should finish this task in one week to get internship , but if I don't succeed and I complete this project in more than one week at least I will learn something valuable.

All that thinking. Doesn't it hurt? What do you think about this tiny ad?
