ways to track sms from andriod without internet

Hi All,
I have an urgent requirement to send messages from android app to other mobiles through server without using internet. Like if in any scenario msg sending request went in infinite loop I can kill the session/process directly through server, no dependability on users but on server.


If anybody can help.

1) SMS does not use the Internet - it's sent via the phone network. So it's not reliant on the phone having Internet connectivity.

2) it's not a good idea to send bulk SMS from a client device - there are many services that can do this for you, and which have all the kinks worked out.

what are the available ways for bulk sending sms which will work without internet?

Search for "bulk sms" or some such phrase, and you'll find plenty of providers.
