Hey! I was wondering if anyone could please help me out by explaining line by line what the program does. Especially the for loop and the code inside its bracket. I am having a hard time understanding what is. Thanks!

Hi Junaid.

Thats not the way things work around here.  We can help you with homework, but you have to show some effort.

So what is your best guess as to what the code does?

Do you know what the program is meant to do in general?
Do you know what a hex / base 16 number is?

Do you have some example inputs/outputs?

Answering my questions above will help you answer the assignment question.
