Hello all,

I am trying to run a web application but i am getting this error.

"No tag library could be found with this URI. Possible causes could be that the URI is incorrect, or that there were errors during parsing of the .tld file.
<%@ taglib uri="/tags/struts-bean-el" prefix="bean-el" %>"

i have all the jar in the classpath.
What could be the reason?

thanks
Aadil

You might have the wrong uri: "/tags/struts-bean-el"

That is an old and out of date uri, that should not be used any more.  Unless you are working on a Servlet 2.3/JSP1.2 application (from 10+ years ago)

The "el" bit is the giveaway here.
This was a library that allowed you to use the expression language with struts tags, before servlet containers could process them.

If you are using anything from Tomcat 5 onwards, and a Servlet2.4 web application, then you should not need this exact tag library.  Just use the regular struts-bean one.
