"ServerIdentity failed validation, downgrading to anonymous." error

I created a basic weblogic with only one server and i deployed a simple webapplication which contacts an EJB deployed in another server present in the network. I am consistemtly getting the following errors in the console

Can anyone explain why this error is happening and what should i do to avoid this? Mine WLS8.1 sp2 installed in Windows XP. EJB server is WLS8.1 sp2 installed in Solaris.

The security credentials of two weblogic servers communicating are not
same.

Set credentials in webllogic console (domain->security->adavanced
section). Diasable the checkbox "Enable Generated Credential". and set the
credentials below. Make sure u set it same for both the servers. this would
solve your problem.
