can some one tell me is 1Z0-899 is a oracle certified javaee6 web component developer or
1Z0-899 is Java EE 6 Web Component Developer Certified Expert


are they both are same or different if they are same why they are referred with different names.

They are the same. They are just variations of the same certification.

Most people refer to that certificate as the WCD certificate.
