I want to disappears pane in some seconds , need help.

Just to clarify:
1) You ask the user for confirmation (via JOptionPane#showConfirmDialog)
2) User chooses yes/no
3) You want to tell the user again what he chose?
Is that correct?

Try wrapping the JOptionPane in a javax.swing.Timer with an ActionEvent of disposing of the JOptionPane.

I find that a very strange requirement and frankly speaking bad usability IMO.

However, you can try what Knute suggested
