Intent.CATEGORY_BROWSABLE not finding browser

Greetings everyone,

I know Java pretty well (I assume at an intermediate level) not quite advanced yet as I've been programming Java now for about 6 - 9 months. In any case, I'm working on a course in Coursera for Android mobile development (a precursor to a course I will partake in at my own school). In any case, the code works well, as shown in the screenshot but I get the message

I have two browsers installed on my Android device, Chrome and Firefox. None of which are being detected. Does anyone know why? Here is the source code:

I'm not sure what CATEGORY_BROWSABLE is for; the intent for displaying a web page is ACTION_VIEW.
