I am working on Tomcat v7. I have successfully deployed and tested my app 3 days back. Currently when I am trying access any resource I am getting an error " requested resource is not available"

you should have some errors in your logs which indicate either apps fail to deploy or some other issue.

After checking the logs, try restarting and see if you have a different message.

This is not an uncommon (yet can be frustrating) issue.

I saw this and many other postings with common reasons for this issue: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5063044/tomcat-requested-resource-is-not-available#5064127

To be frank it got automatically resolved. not able to understand what was  the issue since I don't see any errors in console.
