Please help.. cant start weblogic 8.1

Hi ,

I have recently installed weblogic 8.1 SP3 .. and I already had weblogic 6.1 SP# on my machine.
After installing 8.1 using the configuration wizard i created a basic weblogic server domain keeping all the default settings (mydomain)
Bu as soon I try to start it im getting this error

but my WL6.1 is not running .any ideas why this is happening

I think you may have installed over your 6.1 installation. The best way to have multiple installations of WLS/Platform on your machine is to create a new BEA home for each installation.

I'd reinstall 8.1 into a new directory (say C:\bea81sp3 or something like that).
