Hi Guys,

I passed OCAJP 7 exam today with a score of 95%.

Study Material Used:

  • OCA/OCP Java SE 7 Programmer I & II Study Guide by Kathy Siera & Bert Bates
  • Enthuware Tests: Must for the preparation to get the feel of the exam. My average Enthuware score = 83

  • But one thing I would like to point out. Oracle has mentioned on their website that this exam 1Z0-803 contains 70 questions to be answered in 150 minutes but there were 80 questions. Thanks to Enthuware mock tests which helped me prepare with 80 questions to be answered in 150 minutes so it didn't bother me much but still there is something wrong somewhere !!!

And I must say certification exam is not a piece of cake. You have to give your best shot.

    All the best !!!

I bought in February 2017 Enthuware tests and my program have tests of 70 questions.

    What version did you use?

    Thank you

Oracle unofficially adds a few extra questions to tests from time to time. They do this to try out new questions. Your marks on these questions are not included in the real exam. The issue is that there is no guarantee who will get these extra questions and when Oracle will stop adding them. For this reason, we cannot change the number of questions in our Standard Tests. These tests go by the official number of questions as specified by Oracle.

    HTH,
    Paul.

    Congratulations!

P.S. I hope, they don't gonna add more of their beta-test questions to the OCP 8, having 85 standard questions, 'cause I'll go crazy.
