I deleted my repository under the .m2 folder  to try and make nexus pull down a new one with updated dependencies and now I am unable to build and run projects in eclipse. Does anyone know how to fix this? I done a pull in git on the projects and done a maven update n all projects. I've also ran maven clean and installs on each project. Is there a maven goal that I need in order to get the dependencies again?

I expect you need to get Eclipse to refresh it's Maven dependencies. When you say you've done mvn clean install you mean on the command line?

No from within eclipse I just right click and choose run as and select maven clean and than maven install.

maven > Update project is what solves this. You might need to restart Eclipse.
