Welcome to the Ranch.

I think we need a lot more information to weigh in on this. What is that screenshot supposed to show? What did you (or your users) do, what happened as a result, and how is that different from what you were expecting? What do private messages have to do with it? What does "we are not getting all forum index mail page" mean - there is no "mail page". So... tell us a lot more about what happened in detail :-)

First things first: You're using version 2.1.9 of JForum, which is obsolete and has numerous security holes for which exploits have been publicly posted. You should upgrade ASAP to the latest version 2.4.1, which is available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/jforum2/

As to your question, I don't understand what you mean by "mail page" - there is no such page in JForum. Do you mean the private message pages? The screenshot you posted is the forum home page - what's strange is that it shows no forums, even though the bottom info says that a topic has been posted. Does the user who is logged in have access to that forum?

The forum index page does not display private messages, assuming that is what you refer to as "messages" - is it? Or are you talking about topics/posts that you are not able to see? If the latter, please answer the questions I asked in my previous post.
