How to create a graph from data in the mysql database

Hello guys, I~m currently new to PHP . I`m trying to create graphs from the data i have uploaded to my databases inform of csv files.
how can i use the data in the database to create graphs?

I do not know PHP, but here is what I think might be useful.

You need to read the edge information from the db and probably store it in some data structure.

Iterate this structure and keep adding edges using some method call like graph.addEdge();
