Hi everyone,

i want to use text to speech and i want it to speak a sentence when the app opens.

The text to speech works, but not in the way it should.

The app starts and the first activity loads. After that it crashes and after the crash the sentence loading is spoken.

Why the activity/app crashes first?

Error is "Application has stoped".

After the Toast popup the Loading text is spoken.

Can anyone help?

My code to do that is:
