I am little bit confuse how the question will be asked in the exam on design pattern and it's totally seems to be difficult  to me.

hi Aniket...

On the contrary i believe that design patterns is the concept which has kept for the purpose of scoring only. It is the scorer topic , you are finding it difficult because it might have been difficult for you to understand the scenarios on which they applied design patterns. For better understanding of the scenarios refer OCP Study guide and for details you can go for head first design patterns. Once you understand the scenarios you can code well.

Take a look at this study guide by Sybex, can't remember who wrote it  , it has sample questions that show how the exam might test your knowledge of design patterns and principles.  I heard they also have a new book that is all practice questions.  Might help here.

Seriously though, there's generally two types of questions they can ask.  The first is "here is a class/code snippet, does it properly use design pattern X or what changes would need to be made to have it demonstrate design pattern X".  The second type is a word problem/sentence completion (aka no code) such as "Which one of the following is a property of design pattern X".
