I need to analysis large amount of log data such as error logs,access logs etc.
Can anybody please help me with any available open source tools available?

No two programs structure their log files the same way which makes a generic analysis tool impractical. The closest thing is the *nix utility "grep".

It may be a bit much, but often companies use an ELK Stack for log analysis.
