my program use following  foreach of jstl to show radionbuotn value,
i want to let name value can used jstl tag to determine which button be selected,how to use? gave me some tips thanks.

There should be no problem using EL expressions for attribute values such as name. To the JSP processor, it's all just a bunch of text so amy part of it can be set by an EL expression.

Are you having a specific issue with the code you've shown?
