Thank you, all! Sorry for getting here late.  I've been teaching "doubles" this week, including a remote session from 8PM to 2AM in India (well, I'm in San Diego, the attendees are in India).  It has been a crazy week, but I'm going to catch up with the forum comments/questions now!

Hi

It is always better to be late atleast than never. But my lateness is due to not being able to empower the author with questions as the session is almost at the verge of draw of stumps.,neverthless my best wishes on behalf of the kind forum
