I went to amazon and didn't see a table of contents, which are the languages mentioned in the book ?
Also, it is only related to specific libraries based on linux or also some other utilities (lint,
ide
's, debugging, etc.)

It might be that you went to one of the non-standard Amazon sellers. Try clicking here:

and then click "Look inside" on the left-hand side.
I think that is a better way of seeing rather than copying and pasting the TOC here.
