I have been debugging in IntelliJ for a few days and I honestly cannot tell the difference between what F7 is doing and what F8 is doing. Granted, Java is new to me, but my very basic understanding is that F7 would go to the next line.. and F8 goes to the next code block? or method? Someone please clarify this for me in simple beginner terms. Thank you

F7 goes to a deeper call. i.e.
In that sense, you'd appear in the method singTheSong() and would be able inside either click again F7 or F8, but you'd be in the method singTheSong() declaration.

F8 would get you to the next line of:

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
