how to make chart in Excel shift down when insert a row by JXL

When you have a chart in excle, right click, insert a row, the chart will shift down automatically.
buy when you use jxl to insert a row in this excle, chart will still in the position.
how can i shift down the chart by jxl?

poi.sheet.shiftrow? all is wrong.
Don't get me started about those stupid
light bulbs
