why do i get the error no suitable driver found as jdbc derby driver is already installed and if i   go to services tab and create a driver and test connection .  it says connection successful but when i write above url of crm database i get error.  anyone please help

I don't know what the "services tab" is, but all applications that want to use the driver need to have it in their classpath. Did you add the Derby jar file to the classpath you're using to run the above code?

no i do not have jar file in class path.  how can i add the jar file in class path?

I think the derby jar file is somewhere in the JRE directory. You would add it to the classpath like any other jar file.

How do you execute the above code?  An IDE?  Which one?  From the command line?  What's the command?

If you have JDBC driver 4.0 you don't need to use ClassForName.
