I have a task, I need to compile a library catalog where there is a Structure: the name of the reader, the cipher of the book, the date of return. It is necessary to show the full name of readers who did not return the book on time (2 weeks). The task is solved using the Shell sorting method. Help if you can, sorry for my english

Hello Serg, welcome to the Ranch!

This sounds like a homework question. If you're looking for someone to do the work for you then you're out of luck here as nobody is going to do that.

Can you show us what you've done so far and explain what part you're currently stuck on? Perhaps you'll get better help that way.

Yes, I wrote the code for sorting, but I do not know how to use this code to complete the job

First, you never explained how sorting will compile the book catalog. You need work that out first. Second, your sorting application sorts ints. You need to change it to sort readers or books or whatever.... depending on how the book catalog is defined. And third, your sorting application is a stand along application. You need to convert it to a general purpose sorting class, that can be call via method, so the rest of your program, that does the catalog, can call it.
