SOAP Client with X509 Certificate  RSS feed

I am trying to make a soap service call in java. They provided an example config file for .net.
I am supposed to be doing something with a certificate (that I have) but am unsure what.

They have provided a WSDL. The relevant part of the WSDL is:

I am using SAAJ and am able to create the request just fine. However, since I am not doing what I need to do with my certificate I am get a 403 forbidden. I have added the certificate to a keystore and tried to use it but it didn't seem to fix the issue

I also tried using wsimport and it created all the classes, but I was unsure how to actually handle the certificate using that method as well. The wsimport seemed to have ignored the the policy from the wsdl.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
