android.R.drawable.sym_def_app_icon Appears as Default Android in Notification Bar

I have used the Android Studio Image Asset to make all icons for my app, but the one in the notification bar still shows as the default Android.

My code for the notification builder is -

I have not changed of moved anything, as my understanding was the AS was setting my icons up for me?

My manifest looks like this -
