Logback Syslog in LXC container (Ubuntu 16.04)

Hello,
so I have an LXC container running Ubuntu 16.04 with hostname ubuntu02

   ubuntu@ubuntu02:/etc$ hostname
   ubuntu02

I trying to send the message from Java to LXC ubuntu02. Below is the logback.xml

What could be wrong ?
I follow this post, the difference is I sending the message from JAVA to LXC Syslog.
