Hi,

Im feacing a problem with tomcat and SQL developer. Seeing the tomcat logs, each time I try to log with sqldeveloper to the ords.war, reply a error 403.

"POST /ords/logis/oauth2/token HTTP/1.1" 403

I have tried to setup the content.xml and add the ip range of the server but still the same error.

Content.xml:

<Context>

    <Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.RemoteAddrValve"
            allow="10\.10\.67\..*" />

</Context>

I also try by changing the java version from 8 to 7 but stil the same error, also try with tomcat 8 or 7 and the same error.

Any tip?

Thanks and regards.

Hi E Aaaaaa (please change your name to something real-sounding or at least pronounceable),

Welcome to the CodeRanch!

I doubt your problem has anything to do with your Java version.  It's probably permissions, but to be let's look at the logs.  You didn't say what OS you're on, but basically the steps are these:

* Stop Tomcat
* Go to directory <Tomcat Install Dir>/logs and delete all the files there
* Start Tomcat
* Do whatever you do to get the error
* Stop Tomcat

Now <Tomcat Install Dir>/logs will contain a bunch of files.  Look through them and see if you can figure out the problem.  If you can't, look for errors and post them here.
