Hello,
I created a web application using Derby Db 10.13.1.1 - (1765088), Java 8 and NetBeans 8.2 and Glassfish server 4.1.1.

My web application uses JSF technology.

When I try tu run my application I receive in web server log

[2017-07-21T14:10:47.146+0300] [glassfish 4.1] [SEVERE] [] [javax.enterprise.system.core] [tid: _ThreadID=46 _ThreadName=admin-listener(5)] [timeMillis: 1500635447146] [levelValue: 1000] [[
  Exception while preparing the app : org/apache/derby/jdbc/ClientDataSource : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0]]

means that client of Deby Db 10.13.1.1 - (1765088) is not supported by Java 8?

Thanks in advance

That 52 message means the code was compiled with Java 8. Are you *sure* you are running with Java 8 and not Java 7. Are you 100% sure? Seriously, check again .

I had installed Java 7 and Java 8 and I have uninstall Java 7.

I deleted the project and I created the other.

Oh, mon Dieu.

I think that an repository of errors for each project, similar as Maven.

I'd try this:  get to a command line.

In Windows type: where java
In *nix type: which java

Then type java -version

Post what you see.

I have a folder where was installed Java 7.
but in Control Panel didn't appear nothing.

Strange.

I resolved, thanks all.

Probably GlaassFish was from Java 7, not from Java 8.
