Thank you very much for the book. I have already responded to the Purple Moose message and I included the information that you requested.

Please note:
  • I live in Canada and your rules state that you have to be a US resident to be eligible to win the prize.  Can I still get the prize?
  • In the Purple Moose message it is requested that you state if you want the EBook version if available (to which I said yes). However this is not requested in the original post by @Henry Wong. I suspect that Henry Wong is human any may have made a mistake not including that in the post.

I don't recall any requirement that you must be a US resident.  The Book Promotions Rules does state: To receive a book, it must be legal under US law to ship books to your country from the United States.  I have been a winner before, and I live in Canada.

I am US citizen but don't want a paper book but an e-book. I believe a technology book should never be printed since framework & code base change often (opinion only)

I send out email twice but haven't received any reply.

Please let me know if I have to provide my mail address, even if I want an e-book.

    Thanks
