It is something like simple web tracker, how can i log all URLs visited on my device programmaticaly?

It was my fault, i didn't' moved forward further in explaining, what i want to know is : how to catch a certain URL (ex : http://www.youtube.com) in the level of all device (not just on my app)?

Yes, that's how I understood your question, and that's what that code allows you to do. At least it did before Android 6, when global bookmarking was deprecated. User apps can no longer obtain the required permission, so there is no way to do this now on an unrooted device.
