I have a class diagram which shows relationships between classes. I need to create a JAR file for that relationships which can use for other projects.
Example
there is a Employee table and Department table and Salary table.
Employee
Department
Salary

I need to create a JAR for this relationship. What kind of approach is good for this?

You create classes to implement the UML diagram and put them into the .jar.

It depends on what you are going to do with this jar file.  Will it be used as a library?  Do you need those classes in the library?
2) how to create a jar for this ?

Also depends on how you will use this jar file.  Are you going to execute the jar or use it as a library?

Please TellTheDetails (that's a link).

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
