OCA / OCP Java SE 8 Programmer Practice Tests: Chapter 6 Question 36 Option C Errata? (Sybex)

Hi,

i'm a little bit confused about question 36 on chapter 6.
on the answer part is says:

Finally, the
declaration of thursday does not compile because the final modifier cannot appear
before the access modifier. For these reasons, Option C is the correct answer.

i tested and you can have for example:

class A {
	 protected final int x = 1;
	 final protected int y = 2;
}

So, the right answer should be option B?

if someone can make light on this?
