I've been hosting multiple web apps in a single Tomcat instance with DailyRazor for some years now, and it works just as you would expect from any Tomcat. I haven't noticed anything different about it - what issues are you wondering about in particular?

I am wondering about variable name . If web apps use same variable name , can it be conflict? Structures of my web apps are the same

Web apps are separated from one another, due to being loaded by different classloaders. You'd have to try quite hard to have them interfere with one another.
