Hi All,

"nanoseconds" on P139 should be "milliseconds".

The text is, I believe, describing the default output precision of the Seconds value, which is three decimal points, not nine.

As an aside, I find it annoying that the constructor takes nanos but the output is millis!

Ha - yeah - I almost raised another errata report for the same "mistake" on page 140...then I read the Java Docs and saw the constructors do indeed take nanos :-/

It turns out this isn't actually an errata. It is really confusing and we are going to make it clearer. See this thread for details on what is happening.
