javabind exception when starting a managed server

I created a managed server in Weblogic 7, the SSL port for it being 7002 which is the default SSL port. My admin server also has SSL port 7002.

When I started the server for the first time it worked fine. I even deployed a web application which was working properly.

But suddenly I started getting javabind exception for port 7002.
I have also installed eclipse which points to the same web apllication. Is it because of that?

Please Help.
