We cannot tell you what you want to do; we can only make suggestions. We don't know where you are, nor what the job market round there is.
Does your College not have careers advice, explaining how to write CVs/resumés? Are there not career fairs, where companies come round recruiting?
Consider the following as hints about where to apply next:-
Which interests you more, back-end or front-end? Do you like programming? Can you work a database? Can you design websites? Would you like to read for an MSc or work for a PhD? Do you like the academic life? Can you teach?

Degree In Computer Engineering or not there are some things which you can do to make yourself more attractive to potential employers, which are all free such as:
  • Setup a free GitHub account and use it for some projects.
  • SQLite is a feature limited, no server needed cross platform database engine which you can use to learn at least the basis of SQL with.
  • Pick one or two programming/scripting languages that you like and try to do things with it. Anything and many things.
  • Spend some time to try and learn some of the jargon of project management as sooner or later, even if you are not a programmer you will most likely be on a team working on a project.

  • Here are a few other things to consider:
  • From what I see in Ontario Canada, there is a lot of full stack work positions on the job hiring sites.
  • Even if programming/scripting is only a hobby, it's a good hobby to have listed on your resume/CV.
  • Don't be afraid to create an program/app which has previously been created. Working on this project will still be a good learning experience for you.
  • If you want to go a little more into programming then look into some of the open source community projects out there.

Which modules worked best for you? Which of those assessment results were best? Which worse? Do you feel that assesment results matched your feelings about your actual preferences?
