i am unable to start and stop the weblogic server from eclipse 3.1.

i am using eclipse 3.1 IDE ,application server as weblogic 8.1and plug-in com.bea.weblogic.eclipse_1.1.1.I configraerd domain all are correct.
but i am tring to start server from eclipse i am getting following Exceptions.

2).when i am trying to stop server from eclipse i am geting follwing messages.

Failed to connect to t3://localhost:7001: Destination unreachable; nested exception is:
java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect; No
available router to destination

can you give me advice wwhich classlibbrayies i ahve to set in classpath to stop and start the servers from eclipse.
