I am using an iPlanet 6.0 app server.I am unable to read a network file from my web application. Web App is not able to able to recoginse
IP address/Domain name.I even mapped the network drive.Even that is not working.

File dir1=new File("\\\\\\logs\\20060616.log");
System.out.println(" dir1.exists()-->"+ dir1.exists());
System.out.println(" dir1.exists()-->"+ dir1.getAbsolutePath());

File dir2=new File("G:\\Logs\\20060616.log"); \\mapped network drive
System.out.println(" dir2.exists()-->"+ dir2.exists());
System.out.println(" dir2.exists()-->"+ dir2.getAbsolutePath());

OUTPUT (in iPlanet):

Funny part is,it is working in our office network ,but not in the client network.I thot the issue is with shared folder rights,but i can see full access rights being given .I am really puzzled..Please Help
