I wanted to add some information to a post I did But I couldn't find any edit option?

Doesn't Javaranch posts have the edit option?

Adding information can be done by replying to the original post. That adds a new post in the thread with more info. It's actually helpful to have in a separate post. That way if anyone read the original, he/she knows what is new!
