Hi,

I wanted to go for these certifications:

1. Spring Professional V4.3 Exam
2. Spring Web Application Developer Exam

Certification path:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/paulc4/spring-blog/master/images/PVDI-Pivotal-Training-and-Pluralsight-Blog-1f1-2000px.png

Pivotal URL:
https://pivotal.io/training/certification

Exams are conducted by PSI:
https://www.psionline.com/test-delivery/
https://www.examslocal.com/ScheduleExam/Home

But are there any PSI Authorized Test Centers around New Delhi India?

There is no need of a center, you can give exams from any place if you have required stuff in your Laptop/PC.
Please check instructions at examslocal.com

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
