Like Maven for Java and NPM for Node, is there a package manager that natively works with Kotlin projects?

Kotlin/JVM does not have its own build system; it integrates with the existing JVM build systems including Maven and Gradle, which basically means that it uses Maven as the package management system. Kotlin/JS integrates with npm, and can also use Maven in some scenarios. For Kotlin/Native, there is no standard package management solution at this time, but we're investigating the area and may end up building our own solution.
