Hello,

I have a team of Platform mangers and product owners. One of the common issues I see within the organization is about scaling POs .I have been using MS office suite to explain my approach, does this book covers similar issues?

Product Owners are people. How do you "scale" people? And how do you do or explain that with MS office suite? Can you please explain what you mean by "scaling" in this context because it doesn't fit any meaning that I am aware of; I'm sure others will be equally baffled by your usage of that word.
