Hi, for everyone who will take this exam,
Based on the ranchers' feedback about this exam, I summarized all the feedback they provided on this forum:

-10 question concerning ajax with event ="blur" and "onBlur"

-selectMany... (selectManyCheckbox, ...) and how to provide it with selectItem(s)
(You may want to read this example from MKYong https://www.mkyong.com/jsf2/jsf-2-checkboxes-example/

-navigation-rules (simple and hard ones), e.g. mentioning no from-view-id or a list of them seperated by ; and different ifs

-view param issues

-5 questions with a given scenario where to choose the best scope (including flash and flash.keep)

-f:debug

-lifecycle, e.g which phase will be skipped in a given scenario.

-converter

-own validator or standard validator if both are mentioned
You may want to learn from here :https://djcodes.wordpress.com/frameworks/jsf-basics/jsf-validators/

-facesContext.getExternalContext() (getUserPrincipal(), isUserInRole(String role),invalidateSession())

-security - HttpServletRequest + web.xml configuration

-composite components

-custom components, without taglib descriptors

-facelets templating

-packaging JSF application, including taglib descriptors in WEB-INF

-GET requests (viewParams, h:link, hutputLink etc.)

-navigation, simple and bit harder ones

-Ajax and/or some simple JavaScript - not too complicated IMHO

-PhaseListener, one about <h:graphicImage>, one exclusively about @Inject , one about ui:debug

-Locale, some combined inside questions about converters

-What is best practice" or "What scope would you use" - not that easy!

-actionListeners

-ManagedProperty and ViewScope

-datatables
You may want to learn from this web site :https://softwarecave.org/2014/04/14/data-tables-in-jsf/

-<h:selectOneMenu> and <h:selectManyMenu>

-attribute for f:actionListener and f:valueChangeListener is type (not class) ~ 3 questions

-resource bundles, Locale class, context parameters in configure files,
navigation rules, AJAX, using a Map in f:selectItems attribute, several questions on facelets templating,
and using dataTable or ui:repeat. All of them with code snippets.

-how to configure html5 under JSF 2.2.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
