I may be mistaken about this, but there was somebody reported in the newspaper about a week ago as saying it wasn't worth teaching such young children to program. It is actually regarded as part of the core curriculum in this country, so what do you think about that? And how young do you think children can learn coding?

I am in the absolutely-teach-coding camp.  Teaching programming is really about teaching kids how to think and problem solve.  And you can start very young.  Kids can learn coding concepts through games and apps when they're young and translate those ideas into actual programming down the line.

I think you are right. I shall see if I can find the newspaper article later.
