Hi Ranchers,

I am new to BEA Weblogic and want to learn this Application server, can you suggest me a good book for it.

I have seen so many books at Amazon.com but have no idea which one could serve my purpose.

BEA has excellent online documentation here. If you are interested in Weblogic administration, I found The Definitive Guide useful. Be aware that it covers Weblogic 8.1, not the newer 9 series.
If you are more interested in developing applications, start with the J2EE tutorial.
